I haven't been on DA actively in years so a lot of the stuff out here now is brand new and foreign to me, including PLZ things. But I think I have found a whole new world of things to obsesses over and enjoy on DA now, including this little PLZ border at the top of my journal! I can't justify buying a subscription to DA to customize my journal, so the PLZ accounts are a nice and easy way to do that!

I am trying to get back into the swing of things with drawing. I haven't been drawing since the last time I uploaded something to this gallery, which I believe was in 2006? Somehow a surge of motivation and inspiration hit me and I started picking up the pencil once more. I think its because I am trying different mediums now, mainly watercolor, though I did traverse a bit into acrylic use and I found that to be rather frustrating. I still have all my markers and I definitely intend to keep using them, but I am more excited about trying out new things.

Speaking of markers, I think I may be jumping onto the Copics train! I have been a Prismacolor user for a long time and I've never been particularly interested in using or owning Copics. It wasn't until I watched a marker coloring tutorial on youtube where I got to see the Copics brush tip in action that I decided....I MUST GET THESE!!!
